We have live draws on our Facebook Page to announce the winners live using a random number generator.
As soon as the live draw is complete, the winner will be contacted directly by email or phone within 48 hours to arrange their prize.
We’ll also share the outcome of the draw on our Facebook page and in the Winners section of our website.
To avoid any issues with contacting you, please make sure your details are kept up to date before the draw closes. We will always use the information you have provided to reach out.
If, however, we are unable to make contact within 21 days of the closing date, the prize may be reallocated to another entrant and your claim to it will no longer be valid.
Some of our competitions include Instant Wins. This means that when you buy a ticket, you might land an extra prize straight away – and don’t worry, your ticket will still go into the main live draw, whether you hit an Instant Win or not.
Where can I find the Instant Win numbers?
To view the available Instant Win numbers and prizes, open a competition that features Instant Wins and scroll down to the Product Description section. At the top, you’ll see several tabs — just select the Instant Wins tab, and you’ll be able to view all the possible winning numbers and rewards.
What if my ticket matches an Instant Win number?
If you hit an Instant Win, our system will automatically update the Instant Win list with your details. A member of our team will then get in touch to arrange your prize. You’re also welcome to drop us a quick message via email or Facebook if you’d like.
This is to keep things fair for all of our entrants. It would be create unfair odds if a customer could buy all of the tickets.
At Snappy Competitions, we want every entrant to have full confidence in our draws. That’s why our competitions never get extended, no matter how many tickets are sold.
Every draw also produces a guaranteed winner. If the random number generator selects a ticket that hasn’t been purchased, we simply redraw until a sold ticket number is chosen.
Yes we do, you can find this within the competition description box. If you win, we will also make you aware of what the cash alternative is for that draw.
Auto Draws are similar to our traditional comps, only without the live draw. When you purchase tickets for the AutoDraws you will receive ticket numbers at random, much like the traditional draws.
When the competition ends the draw will take place automatically at the allotted time. The website code picks winners at random. All winners are emailed at the conclusion of the draw and will receive a message with instructions on claiming the prize.

All of our processes are designed to be as transparent as possible. We use random number generator, and will often ask the audience to pick some test numbers to show that we are live. We will also show the correct date and time on screen for transparency.
Random number generator will pick a number out of all the entries to the competition, if we draw a number that hasn’t been sold, we draw again until we have a guaranteed winner.
